Our combined Tai Chi and Qigong class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. A 3 mile walk around Belmont Country Park. A lovely area of parkland on the edge of Hereford. Car park just off Waterfield Road (coming from the direction of town, turn left at Belmont roundabout and follow brown signs to the carpark).
This walk starts from the car park by Crimple Valley Old Golf Course. It follows the Harrogate Ringway through woodland and then down to the end of Fulwith Lane, across the field up to the railway line, and then returns to the car park. The walk is around 3.5 mile miles long and takes about 90 minutes.
A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
