An inclusive programme for children with Autism to develop their fundamental sport skills in an environment that suits their needs. Friends and siblings are welcome to join too. Fun Fizzicle is a mixture or free play and organised fun and games designed to occupy children with additional needs whilst their parents/carers relax in our cafe. Parents are also welcome to join in with the activities.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.

This mix of gentle, hatha and vinyasa yoga is ideal for beginners as well as experienced yogi's. Other aspects of yoga, such as qi gong, meditation and breathing techniques, will be included. Tuning our bodies and minds into Spring and getting the best of out of ourselves during this season. Expect a gentle flowing class to warm your body and boost your energy levels whilst improving your overall flexibility and fitness.
