These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your level of experience and physical ability, from beginners to experienced. Suitable for those with health limitations too.
