Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A swim session including sensory pool features such as lights and sounds

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

A Tennis course that's perfect for wheelchair players of all ages and abilities. Unless stated this is a supervised session. Wear suitable clothing and footwear, all equipment is provided but if you have your own racket, please bring it with you. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.
