Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A Play Session for children under 12s Booking times are for 60 minutes - 15 minutes for entry and 45 minutes activity time. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8 years. For Trampoline Parks, trampoline specific socks must be worn. This is an inclusive session for people with disabilities.
Chair-based Aerobics classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion
