Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Gentle yoga course taught in person with British Wheel of Yoga teacher Tamsin Kelly. This class is perfect for someone who is new to yoga or enjoys a slower paced class. The poses can be adapted for people recovering from an injury or who have a limitation. In addition students also have access to pre-recorded yoga classes with Tamsin for home practice.
