Community Open Day (10am–3pm) We will be welcoming local women, young people, families and partners into the building for a day of engagement, movement, creativity and community connection. A 60 min class which will introduce you to mindfulness, breathing techniques and asanas (poses sitting, lying, kneeling and standing) modifications and props are offered for all bodies and abilities. We finish the session with a guided meditation which is beneficial for relaxation, focus and stress relief.
