Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. This group is a friendly and positive bunch and welcome walkers from Wixams and beyond. They have 6 routes in and around Wixams which are all around 2 miles and suitable for all abilities. After the walk they pop into Seasons garden centre cafe for refreshments and a natter. Breakthrou' dance Families: FREE dance workshops for wheelchair users with complex disabilities and their families. Fully accessible & inclusive, with changing place facilities and led by experienced dance facilitators. 3 separate sessions, running at the same time, under one roof! The sessions will be relaxed and in a safe environment where everyone can be themselves, make new friends, and try something different. No previous dance experience is required. 👉 Including FREE refreshments!
Starting near Hatfield House, participants will walk through woodlands, over the River Lea, past crop fields before walking towards the house on their return. The 1.6-mile route will follow a mix of concrete paths and some compact gravel sections, while the 5.7-mile route also has woodland paths.
