Come along and join this weekly Wellbeing Walk from Silver Jubilee Park taking place every Wednesday afternoon. The walks meets at 1:15pm and starts at 1:30pm from in front of the hub at Silver Jubilee Park. It is approximately one hour long but walkers can leave at anytime they wish owing to the location and nature of the walk. Each walk is very easy with two sets of 4 steps. Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. This is a circuit based exercise program designed to keep you active and young at heart. The exercises offered are aerobic, strength, balance and stretching. This walking group activity is delivered by Community Voluntary Services Tendring (CVST) as part of the lottery funded Healthier Independent Longer Lives (HILL) project. It is designed to help people lead healthier, more independent and active lives. This is a fun walk for all ages and abilities. We stop for a refreshment at the of the walk, so come along and make new friends in your local community, have fun and get active!
