Zumba® is a fun and high-energy workout that gives you the opportunity to dance to great music from around the world.
The Good Boost programme allows you to follow the exercises in the pool and progress at your own pace. It has been built by expert clinicians to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Netball for female and male adults with a disability. Held at YMCA Thornton sports centre each Monday between 12:00 and 13:00hrs.
The same great fun, in a quieter setting for those who need a little less noise.
