Our Bowl For Health programme consists of 1 hour long fun bowls sessions held INDOORS. Everyone is welcome to give bowls a try. This aims to support anyone with any sort of health condition. We have a full range of mobility aids for those with physical restrictions. It provides regular exercise and company in a relaxed sports environment. We supply the bowls and give you introductory training.
All the year round bowls for members and those who join our 1 hour Bowl For Health sessions. Coaching is free. Bowl For Health costs £2.70 for an hours fun bowls - we supply the equipment and you get a drink and biscuits at the end.
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
Inclusive exercise session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centres, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.

Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's.
