Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
Our disability multi-sport sessions are fully inclusive and led by qualified coaches or instructors. Participants have the opportunity to benefit from team games, develop their communication skills, increase their confidence and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Wednesdays | 11:15–12:15 Fridays | 11:30-12:30 Cost – £3.30 per session
From a one to two hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills or the city, these walks are for you. Wednesday is the day for a Walkabout Walx and they take place usually twice a month and can include our yearly challenges like the Thames Path or Capital Ring walk for 2024

A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
