Multi-sport session for adults with a disability, all ability levels welcome. The format of the sessions is multi-sport, our experienced coaches will provide a range of different sports, activities and games each week, encouraging participants to learn and develop new skills in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment.
Our Adult Disability Class is open to all with full use of our modern and functional gym.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Love to Move is a British Gymnastics class which is an age and dementia friendly gymnastics session. Specifically designed to get older people moving and functioning better, Love to Move uses foundation gymnastic skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities to achieve this.
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
Pilates is a low-impact workout that improves flexibility and muscular strength by utilising endurance movements.
Inclusive gym session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.
