A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

We provide bikes to suit a wide range of learning disabilities and beginners are very welcome. This session is for Hackney, Islington and Camden residents only. To ensure our members have sufficient space to cycle freely we are limiting these sessions to 20 cyclists with learning disabilities plus their carers and family members....
