Do you want to meet new people and have fun whilst exercising? Come along to these free adapted exercise sessions which are aimed for older people with health conditions to improve general fitness. The class will be led by a qualified instructor, who is experienced in running classes for the over 50's. Carers welcome.

Why not come and try this gentle fusion of walking with yoga. These gentle WALX incorporate balance work, flexibility and strength with a bit of mindfulness and relaxation too. All postures are standing and suitable for complete beginners to yoga along with more experienced yogis. Held in the beautiful surroundings of Sywell Country Park. Come and learn how to turn walking into a total body exercise with poles. This Power of the Poles course will introduce you to Nordic Walking. It will be the start of your journey enjoying exercise, being outdoors, having fun and improving your fitness. In this session, you will learn the basics of Nordic walking.
