A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
Flexible friendly fitness class designed for the active retired to keep you moving while working on your posture, balance and core strength. Low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. I always do some work on the floor as well as using weights, resistance bands and other apparatus at various times. We run a recreational walking football session for ladies over 40 and men over 50. No experience necessary.
Recreational Walking Football for fun, to benefit physical, mental and social health. Sessions are 60 minutes and consist of warm ups, ball skills and games. All ages and abilities welcome. We play on a 4G Astroturf pitch.⚽️

The Fit 4 U 2 service provides physical activity opportunities for people with a learning disability. Their leisure centre sessions include a mix of group exercise and inclusive sports e.g. boccia, indoor golf, badminton, archery and kurling, which are adapted to meet needs of participants.
