We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm. Class takes place all year round. New to Nordic Walking? Contact Catherine to arrange an beginners introductory lesson at 11:45am. If you can already Nordic Walk, join the session at 10:30am.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Pickleball is a fun paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. The rules are simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can easily develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for all.
This this a class for all levels of fitness and is a very light exercise class. You can push yourself further if you wish or go at the pace of the instructor.
Strength & Balance is a chair-based exercise programme for over-55s living in Islington. These sessions can be done sitting down but are also suitable for those looking to improve their balance and become steadier on their feet. These gentle exercise classes are also suitable for people with movement-limiting conditions such as COPD and arthritis. If you or a loved one are looking to improve strength and increase independence then this is the class for you.
