A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

The FABS exercise classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for overall greater strength. All the keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability - perfect for seniors. Pay for nine and the tenth class is free!
Up to 90 minutes, 4-5 miles, possible steep inclines and stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can register and listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
