Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. Walks are led on three days in Leighton Buzzard. All start at the car park of Leighton Buzzard Cricket Club, Bell Close, LU7 1RX, (opposite Morrisons). There is car parking at the meeting place. Leader: Gill (07857 851164) healthwalkslb@outlook.com

This is a fun and lively chair based Exercise class for Older Adults. Incorporating standing and seated exercises to help improve Stamina, Strength, Balance and Flexibility. All Levels of fitness and abilities are catered for. Adaptations and alternative exercises are given throughout where necessary. Open to all ages & abilities! Throughout the Summer Programme we’ll be working towards a performance that will take place on 28th August at 3pm and again at 7pm. The performance will trail from Spode Gardens, Stoke, then to the Train Station and then to Caldon Park. A fitness class for all seniors to help and maintain / improvement overal ability to move and enjoy life! Each class incorporates flexibility, endurance, balance and strength exercises which are shown to help enhance the quality of life as we get older. The class is fun and friendly too!
All are welcome to this new exercise class with a difference. Improve your flexibility, strength and balance in a friendly, supportive group. Move within your own limits: you can sit, use a chair for support or stand - choose whatever works best for you. 60 minutes of exercise followed by a cuppa, cake and chat.
