Join us for an action-packed session of Walking Rugby every Thursday evening at Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club. 5.30-6.30pm. No experience of rugby needed. We start with a warm up, ball handling skill drills, fun games followed by a competitive, but fun game.

Introducing Dance Fit at a spacious new venue with our instructor Kirsty! This is an aerobics inspired workout that challenges your core and can improve posture.
