Learn to kayak in one of our super-safe sit-on-top kayaks. Suitable for individuals, couples, families and small groups of up to 8 paddlers. We have 6 single kayaks and one double. From £49 with our Mon-Thurs special discount - or 2 for 1 on Tuesdays! Who is this for? Our lessons are open to paddlers of all abilities, from complete beginners, to those who have paddled kayaks or canoes many times before. A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist availabe if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
