Come along as a beginner or a more advanced level pole student. We will teach spins, tricks and short combos on static and spin pole. Use any membership for this class or do one off sessions.
Who can JoinOur Pound in Mickleover session is open to a mixed-gender group, welcoming participants aged 10 and above (ages 10-17 with guardian) and welcomes individuals of all abilities. You don't need a partner!. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. The walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the group at the advertised time. The route starts and finishes at the same location.
