Join us for an explorer walk around Thorpe & Dovedale through fields and combined with steep up/down hill paths This walk is ideal for those who want to improve their fitness and health, whilst being outdoors in a beautiful setting. Using gears 2 and 3 covering up to 4 miles Pub is open after the walk From one hour WALX in your local country park to a half day in the hills.
A gentle walking pace incorporating strength and balance exercises outdoors. This Wellness WALX is designed for those who benefit from progressive, gentle exercise, and is open to those using poles, not using poles or who would like to try poles. Beginners are very welcome.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/ballet barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
