Goalball is a Paralympic sport for blind and partially sighted people. It is an indoor, 3 aside, non-invasive game of attack and defend. Everyone wears eyeshades so that no one can see. The ball is audible so players track it by sound and the court is tactile so players orientate by touch. We welcome players of all ages and abilities. This includes sighted family members and friends. We train approximately twice a month, on a Sunday afternoon, and also play in Goalball UK competitions.
Trampoline Coaching. Everyone is welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
