Mixed Ability Rugby aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to play Rugby union. Mixed Ability sport is simply that, a mixed team. Able bodied, beginners, those coming back to the sport, those carrying injury and those with physical or mental barriers / disabilities. Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.

A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.

A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
