Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
Sports For confidence Boccia – (Floor bowls) is a sport where players try to roll their ball (called a bowl) closest to a smaller ball (known as a “jack” or sometimes a “kitty”). The bowls are intentionally heavier on one side so that they turn when being rolled. The game can be played either in teams or one-on-one. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.
Chair-based exercise classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion
