Live Well Leicester offers a wide range of free led health walks across Leicester. Pre booking is required and can by done by calling the Live Well team on 0116 454 4000.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.

A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.

These Walking Rugby sessions are open to all ages 18+ and all genders and abilities. Through walking sports with Team-Mates this provides like-minded individuals with the chance to enhance their physical well-being within Walking Rugby. People are also offered a safe place to interact over light refreshments. Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath. This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
