Grampian Inclusive Cycling Bothies (GICB) is a 3-year lottery funded project to make cycling more accessible in Grampian. We currently have cycling bothies in Aberdeen, Peterhead, Alford and Banff, where we run regular sessions using adapted bikes. Learn how to Nordic Walk with experienced leaders who will adapt the walk to suit all abilities. Poles will be provided. Nordic Walking tones the upper and lower body, reduces pressure on the joints and is great for burning calories. Every Wednesday 1:30-2:30pm. £1 per session. Limited spaces available. Booking is essential.
