Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.

Chair yoga is a fully inclusive low impact class suitable for everyone. The practice will include flexibility, strength, well being and breath work to help relieve stress. This class is perfect for those who struggle to get up and down from a mat or recovering from an injury. Ages 16+

A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
