PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Only £5 adults/£3 juniors, pay in the hall. Here Juniors with some experience, and Adults wishing to improve their game, can mix among other players. Just turn up to pay-and-play. Juniors are encouraged to come earlier, say 7-8:30pm and optional coaching is offered. Rusty racquets/beginner/returning adults are encouraged to come a bit later, say 8pm. This prevents overcrowding and a more compatible mix. Games may be shortened so no-one sits out for long!
Anyone who has a permanent physical impairment, aged over 8, can play wheelchair rugby with us. You do not need to be a wheelchair user to play. We have both adult and junior teams. Wheelchair Rugby is a mixed gender sport. There are two versions of wheelchair rugby, catering for different levels of impairments (4’s & 5’s). We also have a rugby league team. Taking place at Bagshot Pavilion, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're newer to Pilates and at a more intermediate level if you've been doing Pilates for a while. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.
