Northern Ice is at the start of a new era in wheelchair curling, in Northumberland. Formed by ex-wheelchair basketball players looking for a new challenge. 10 years on and we are all still best friends, loving life and our sport.
Indoor Bowls is social game and offers a way to meet new people and make friends. One of the attractions of indoor bowling is that it can be played all year round (never mind the UK rain or the hot sunshine!) and by all ages, both men & women, juniors and seniors. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A Soft Play session with a focus on children up to 10 years with special educational needs and disabilities. Adult supervision ratios apply. No outside food and drink is permitted. All junior tickets include 1 adult, all additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be work at all times.
