Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. This is a circuit based exercise program designed to keep you active and young at heart. The exercises offered are aerobic, strength, balance and stretching. This is a tennis session for adults with learning disabilities. Sessions are run by a tennis coach and are fun and informal, with games and activities, music and a chance to learn new skills, spend time with others, and be active outdoors. Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.
Tennis involves hitting a ball over a net using a racket.
