Displaying local activities and events running in the next two weeks
This activity will help with the fundamentals on how to train and give you the basic mechanics of how to use gym equipment safely, also structure a workout ensuring form is correct. All juniors under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult to take part. Please only book onto one class each week. We will be working on one muscle group each week.

A fun and challenging endurance running session which will cater for all abilities and experience. The aim is to develop running endurance and speed, whilst improving your fitness for your running and endurance goals.
A SEND Specific session for people with additional needs and/or a disability. This session provides a diverse range of activities that encourage fun while learning new skills and improves health and wellbeing. You will be part of an environment where you can socialise and gain life experiences to support you in living your best life.
