Taking place at Bagshot Pavilion, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're new to Pilates and at a more intermediate level if you've been doing Pilates for a while.
A low/no impact full body conditioning technique to build strength, flexibility and stability, especially in the deep core muscles back and hips. A technique that is used across the globe for body maintenance, injury prevention, rehab and sporting performance.
With a focus on core stability, the class will work with postural alignment and a variety of exercises to improve mobility, flexibility and strength.
