The team will take part in the Sussex Disability Football League (SDFL) and in our second season were very proud to play in the Peoples FA Cup!!! Training takes place most Saturday’s 11:00am - 12:00pm indoors on the 3G pitches at the Arun Sports Arena, Rollaston Park, Ford Airfield, West Sussex, BN18 0HY, (located behind the Flying Fortress). We are a community wheelchair rugby club based in Southampton. We offer training and competition to anyone with a permanent physical disability aged 12 and over. All equipment is provided, just bring yourself, some sporty clothes and a water bottle to get started.
Our Community Club in Sutton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
