Love to Move is a British Gymnastics class which is an age and dementia friendly gymnastics session. Specifically designed to get older people moving and functioning better, Love to Move uses foundation gymnastic skills, cognitive stimulation therapy and social interaction activities to achieve this.
Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
Our Movement to Music classes, specifically for Over 60s, are a great way to keep moving without the intensity of a Keep Fit or Zumba class! We focus on balance; coordination; strengthening; and flexibility to keep the mind and body active. It is a great way to socialise and exercise with like-minded people, whilst improving joint mobility; preventing falls; building confidence and improving cardiovascular endurance. TERM-TIME ONLY

Mondays at 1.30pm - Join Reboot, Release and Reconnect. Join our uplifting, online zoom class to include mindful breathing, stretching, chair warm ups, some optional standing dance at the end with great tracks & a fun vibe, most weeks we end with a short relaxation. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/ballet barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
