Within Quiet Hour the gym music is quieter, we ask all attendees to refrain from dropping weights/making loud noises and a gym coach will be available for any support.

Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.

This very pleasant walk follows the River Nidd east for a short while before crossing over it, then circling around Manor House Wood, and Throstle Nest before returning to the car park (and possible refrteshments at the adjacent Darley shop and cafe!).
