The 1-hour adult sessions are held at the Barn Elms track. We run fun sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9.30 Spring 2025 term cost: £144 per session 10% discount on second session.
Exercise classes designed by our physiotherapist for older people to help you stay strong and active, improve your balance and flexibility and conquer those aches and pains no matter what your age or ability. Our 'Circuits' Classes are Weekly hour long classes led by Keep Phytt trained instructors for with more challenging exercises including regular use of weights, mats and a rowing machine.
Our hugely popular Parent & Toddler sessions give parents the chance to have fun with their young children in a safe and stimulating gymnastic environment. Sessions are suitable for children aged six-months to six-years-old who would rather be accompanied by a parent or guardian to our centre. We are a friendly group that supports older people to socialise, exercise and take part in well-being activities. We start from 9.30am with activities till 12pm. Then there is a fresh homemade luncheon served with tea or coffee and water 😃 We can also support you to get to our sessions and get back home after.

Sweat seated classes are at The Lutheran Redeemer Church Bush Fair on a Thursday morning 9.30-10.15am Your first class is FREE! Then £7 per class no contract. All you need to do is arrive 10mins before class to register, bring a drink and be prepared to SWEAT!! We would love to see you in class!
This is a beautiful edge of Chichester Harbour Walk starting from Itchenor Car Park towards West Wittering and back . Can be wet underfoot after a lot of rain ,but normally fine . Breath taking harbour views make this a huge favourite. . Please note there are charges for the car park . This is a there and back walk. There is a Car Park Charge .
A more gentle walk for those with a recent medical condition that means that mobility is limited, and who feel their fitness levels have declined as a result. The challenge is still to manage an hour walk, with rests when needed. Regularly weekly walks can bring improvements. Start of the walk is at the same time of the other group.
