Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
Chair based yoga is a wonderful practice that modifies yoga poses so they can be practiced while seated in a chair. An adaptable class that responds to your pregnancy. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable all the way through your pregnancy and helps with managing a pregnancy-related musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.

Worcestershire Health Walks
Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches who will ensure that the participants have a great time and have an opportunity to to try a range of activities.
With the support from a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor these tasters will give you an idea of what Nordic Walking involves and to see if this would be an activity for you. These sessions are free. To book your place on one of these sessions call 01425 480811.
