Join our Grove Park Zumba gang. All abilities, shapes and sizes welcome. Bring your two left feet and a smile. Every class feels like a party. There are many ways to get fit. Some are just MORE FUN!! You don't need to be a dancer. Let the music move you.

We have been providing our popular aerial circus skills sessions since 2015. In these, some of our newest classes, students will learn skills on the four aerial apparatus; silks (tissues), rope (corde lisse), hoop (lyra) and trapeze. Students will learn 3 weeks on an apparatus followed by a practise week, and rotate around the equipment every 4 weeks. Students will also have the opportunity to do perform. We offer a freestyle gymnastics class which provides the opportunity for participants to come along and learn or practice their skills in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with the general focus being on a wide range of acrobatic and vault work.
