These uplifting dance classes focus on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises; adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals. Refreshments are provided after the session.

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
