Yoga in Cullingworth is a dynamic class, including a variety of poses, breath work, mindfulness and relaxation. This class is based on the Hatha yoga method and is suitable for all levels, beginners included. We meet every Monday evening at Huddersfield Leisure Centre (HD1 4BP) From 7pm to 8pm Club members come to play table top games such as dominoes or just meet and chat. From 8pm we have exclusive use of a swimming pool at the Leisure Centre where members can swim lengths, learn water skills and swimming, or just enjoy the freedom of being in water.
