A free, run and friendly weekly 2k event for juniors (4 to 14 year old's) and their families. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive. There are no time limits and no one finishes last. Parent/guardians who ultimately have responsibility for the welfare of their children, parents/guardians do not have to take part but must remain in attendance during the event.
Mixed ability - walk will last up to 60 minutes 2 to 3 miles - moderate hills, faster pace, possible stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
