Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: Children 18M–4Y = 1 full paying adult – 2 children. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.

Cross Country session for all abilities, to include some hills. Suitable for anyone who can run 5k distance, at any pace. Sorry no children or dogs. Up to 1 hour. Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class incorporating different aspects of yoga. This slightly longer class (90 minutes) allows time to explore postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation. A perfect beginner's class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Age 14+.
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
Join this free Wellbeing walk, for fresh air and fitness in a friendly environment. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, led by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. The walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join the group at the advertised time. The route starts and finishes at the same location.
