Taking place at St Francis hall, Camberley, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're newer to Pilates and at a more advanced level if you've been doing Pilates for a while. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.

Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us.
