PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Pilates Matwork classes are not only fun, designed to help you improve flexibility and strength. Our Restorative class is great for those with injuries, joint problems, restricted movement or new to Pilates.

An Inclusive table tennis session for adults with disabilities. Enjoy playing table tennis in a fun and social environment. These sessions are generally more suitable for those living with a disability, SEND or a long term health condition. Sessions led by a specially trained member of staff.
