PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. This group is a friendly and positive bunch and welcome walkers from Wixams and beyond. They have 6 routes in and around Wixams which are all around 2 miles and suitable for all abilities. After the walk they pop into Seasons garden centre cafe for refreshments and a natter. Training session for anyone interested in wheelchair basketball! We will provide chairs so all you need to bring is a drink (preferably water) and dress for physical activity. We are a small, friendly club based at the University of Worcester. We welcome anyone with an interest in the sport, whatever their exerience or expertise.
