Join the G.P referal team for a leisurely, relaxed pace of walking, often considered a low-intensity exercise, where the primary focus is on moving your body for a sustained period without pushing yourself too hard, typically done for enjoyment and general health benefits, rather than intense calorie burning. Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels.

A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
