Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. Walking Netball for men and women over 50, all welcome! The sessions include fun drills and skills, with short games to finish. Great friendly environment. Thursday every week from 11am - 12noon.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
