I have experience of teaching a wide range of ages and abilities, and currently work with people who have arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, Parkinsons, MS, COPD, asthma, diabetes, weight management issues, post breast cancer, early dementia and macular degeneration.
This class will leave you feeling calm, quiet, reflective, and restored. It is slow paced, the perfect class to either set you up for the day ahead or to release tension and stress built up during the day. It is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Tuning our bodies and minds into Spring and getting the best of out of ourselves during this season. Expect a gentle flowing class to warm your body and boost your energy levels whilst improving your overall flexibility and fitness. Gentle yoga is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or prefer a slower paced class. These classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Other aspects of yoga, such as qi gong, meditation and breathing techniques, will be included.

Sociable midweek daytime run with optional chat, coffee and cake at Cafe Ambio afterwards . Everyone welcome. Typically an easy 30 minutes or 5km run session depending on who turns up.
