Wheelchair Rugby is a Paralympic sport for for both male and female players. The sport is a contact with sport (chair-to-chair contact) for all individuals with a physical impairment. We run weekly training sessions, fixtures and socials in Cheltenham, for adults and juniors over the age of 12. Gentle Pilates allows the mind to relax, body to unwind, and to find a deeper connection between physical and emotional being through the use of linking movement and breath.  This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session.
