BODYPUMP HEAVY is a Les Mills strength training class that uses slow, tempo-based lifting with heavy weights, simple formats (like 3 sets of 8 reps), and long recovery periods to build lean muscle and strength using traditional lifts like squats, cleans, and deadlifts, all driven by music and group energy. It's designed to make serious weightlifting accessible and effective for all levels by focusing on form, technique, and breaking through strength plateaus.
Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Sensory rooms provide a relaxing environment in which can both calm and stimulate the senses through interactive fun and a relaxing atmosphere. Participants must complete and submit a referral form prior to accessing this class This class is part of our BE ACTIVE … live well programme which is aimed at those with a health condition; the older adult; and/or those who haven't exercised before and don't know where to start. Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels. Age: 16+
